Welcome to my server, hosted by Nika.
A small, private web app that runs on a computer in my room and is published at https://nikaez.site. Chat, send files to friends, and keep everything in one place without handing it to a big platform.
What this is
Nika's Server is a personal project, not a company. The site is a Flask application listening on 127.0.0.1:8090 on my own machine. A Cloudflare Tunnel forwards requests for nikaez.site to it, so the only thing exposed to the internet is the tunnel — no router ports, no public IP, nothing else on the computer.
Everything you upload is stored in a single sandboxed folder that the app owns. It never leaves that folder, and it is never reachable by path from the browser: downloads go through an access check first, so a file shared with one person is not visible to anyone else.
Is it safe to use at school or on a shared network?
Yes. The site is a normal sandboxed web app: no installers, no background processes, no access to your device. It only sees what you type into the forms and the files you deliberately upload. Accounts are protected with hashed passwords, and nothing here can execute uploaded files — the server serves them back as plain content, never runs them.
